Located in the heart of Madrid on Avenida del General Perón, directly across from the iconic Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, BIG will design a five-star luxury hotel in collaboration with the Spanish real estate investment company Ibervalles and Spanish architecture firm Ortiz.León Arquitectos. This project marks BIG’s debut in Madrid, further extending the firm’s presence in Spain.
