At BIG, we aim to create a safe environment in which all employees and other work-related partners feel free to raise any potential irregularities and criminal offences in the workplace without fear of retaliatory measures. Pursuant to applicable whistleblower legislation, BIG has established a whistleblowing system that enables all employees and other persons with a work-related connection to BIG to submit reports electronically and anonymously.
The whistleblowing system is intended as a supplement to direct and day-to-day communication in the workplace. At BIG, we therefore hope that all employees will continue to feel comfortable raising any concerns with their immediate manager or the People department, without fear of retaliatory measures. If an employee does not feel safe raising such concerns, or for other reasons, reports may be submitted through BIG’s whistleblowing system accessible at the following link:
Submit a Report. All reports are received by the law firm Bech-Bruun, which will assess whether a report falls within the scope of the whistleblowing system. Reports that fall within the scope of the whistleblowing system will be processed by BIG’s whistleblowing unit, which will handle all reports in the strictest confidence.
BIG recommends that all employees and other persons who wish to submit a report through the whistleblowing system familiarize themselves with the applicable whistleblower policy before submitting a report. The whistleblower policy describes in detail which issues may be reported through the whistleblowing system, including how reports are received and processed.
