Biosphere wins the Best Hospitality Project in Architecture at the 2024 Créateurs Design Awards, a peer-to-peer award program highlighting extraordinary work in architecture, interior- and product design, photography, journalism, and curation. Located in the Swedish Lapland, Biosphere is the eighth room at the renowned TreeHotel, known for its broad variety of cabins, with each having a distinct identity responding and interacting with the surrounding forest. Enveloped by 350 bird- and bat houses, the Biosphere cabin aims to decrease the downward spiral of the bird population in the region while providing guests the opportunity to experience birdlife in close proximity.
