CapitaSpring has been awarded at the 2023 ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence, a programme dedicated to highlighting 10 of the most remarkable development efforts in the Asia Pacific region. Located in the heart of Singapore’s financial district, the 280-meter-tall highrise creates a diverse neighborhood of places to work, live and play in a vertical exploration of tropical urbanism. “This year’s winners demonstrated exceptional innovation and practice in land use, particularly in terms of establishing a deep connection with the community in which they are located, enriching liveability, and elevating connectivity to surrounding amenities”, said David Faulkner, President, ULI Asia Pacific.
