CONSTRUCTION WORK BEGINS ON IBERVALLES HOTEL IN MADRID

Ibervalles Hotel has broken ground at General Perón 27 in Madrid, near the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and AZCA business district. The 15-story, 7,158-m² hotel will bring together 144 guest rooms with dining, meeting, conference, and event spaces. The building is organized as a series of “floating towers,” with shared amenities extending across the base and guest rooms rising above in rounded glass volumes. A layer of expanded metal mesh wraps the glass to create a porous double façade that filters sunlight. The hotel is expected to open its doors in 2028.
