BIG’s Founder and Creative Director Bjarke Ingels and Partner Finn Nørkjær take part in the foundation stone laying ceremony for the new Wellness Hotel in Aarhus along with the City Council, Kilden & Hindby, Scandic and NCC. Overlooking the Aarhus waterfront, the 18-storey hotel will house office spaces, restaurants, a conference center and a spa. A public staircase designed by BIG’s Landscape team will spiral from the harbour to an observation deck on the hotel’s roof.
