The BIG-designed mixed-used residential development has received the NYC BIG APPLE BROWNFIELD AWARD, in the category of Community Advocacy and Engagement. While housing a nursing school on the street level, one-third of the residential units above are affordable housing units, strengthening the housing diversity within the neighborhood.
