THE SPIRAL WINS BEST FACADE AT 2024 NYCxDESIGN AWARDS

The Spiral is named a winner at the 9^th annual NYCxDESIGN Awards in the category Best Facade. The NYCxDesign Awards, presented by Interior Design Magazine, celebrate products and projects in New York State, New Jersey and Connecticut – honoring the entire creative landscape in the region.

Developed by Tishman Speyer and built by Turner, The Spiral is located on Manhattan’s west side in New York City and neighbors the elevated High Line and Bella Abzug Park. Reminiscent of a conservatory, the 66-story tower extends the parks’ green space up and around its glass panel facade in a spiraling motion towards the sky – from the High Line to the skyline. The Spiral is BIG’s first completed supertall, and first completed commercial high-rise in New York.
