The Spiral is named best office/retail/mixed-use project by Engineering News-Record in their Best of the Best Awards 2023. The Spiral, located on Manhattan’s west side, is one of 20 projects recognized by ENR editors and roughly 100 construction industry members who judged contest entries. To commemorate the win, ENR featured The Spiral in its March issue as well as in an awards ceremony held in New York City on April 11.
