UNCOVER AN OFF-MENU COCKTAIL BY BJARKE INGELS AT FAENA NEW YORK

The Faena New York hotel, set within the East Tower of One High Line, is now serving a secret cocktail created by Bjarke Ingels, Founder & Creative Director of BIG. Named the ‘Oxymoron,’ the cocktail is a Nordic play on a mezcal negroni, with a twisting lemon peel garnish reminiscent of the shape of the One High Line towers. The ‘Oxymoron’ is available at La Boca, the FAENA’s Argentinian restaurant by Chef Francis Mallman, as well as hotel bars El Secreto and the Living Room. “The ‘Oxymoron’ is exactly what it sounds like – a union of contrasting ingredients that harmonize to make one very balanced cocktail.
