The Nashville Metro Council approved zoning for Vanderbilt University’s Anchor Park development, marking a major milestone for the new innovation district. Designed by BIG in collaboration with landscape architects Field Operations and HASTINGS, the mixed-use district will occupy 43 acres of land in Nashville’s West End neighborhood, featuring research and lab facilities, office space for university-affiliated startups, residential housing, restaurants, public parks, and community amenities.
