Phoenix Observation Tower

Views — Three glass elevators traveling on the side of the central column carry visitors to the top of the sphere, offering views of the city as well as an x-ray of the different levels, as they penetrate through the sphere.

Experience — The spiral sphere creates an outward focus to the views of Phoenix.

The Pin — The massing of the tower is a simple sphere on a stick, a metaphorical pin on a map firmly marking the location. It is instantly iconic, an extremely "local" and at the same time universal symbol.

Experience — Revolving around a central column, the promenade expands and contracts to form a spherical spiral.

PROGRAM — The programs are organized in a linear sequence of spaces coiled up in a spiral making program and circulation inseparable.
