SITE — The program and building volume had to fit within the constraints of the wedge-shaped site.

POOL — The pool is rotated and placed diagonally across the site.

TERRACES — The distorted volume creates a series of fanning terraces.

BUILDING VOLUME — The building volume is stretched to accommodate the program.

THE STAIRS — One singular staircase bisects the interiors.

SPLIT LEVEL — The floors are offset on either side, creating a series of split levels for each landing.

DRAWBRIDGE — A rotating drawbridge across the pool connects the house and the garden.
